read how important rivers are to our
environment. Imagine what life would
be like if all the rivers in the world
dried up! Where would we get our water? |
| At
the same time, we are using more and
more water for our everyday needs and
many of us take water for granted. |

For this
competition, we would like you to
design and produce a 4 sided leaflet
or a webpage on 'Saving our Water
Supply' in one of the following areas:
a)
In the home - kitchen, bathroom,
garden, etc
b)
At work -factories, offices, transport,
etc
c)
At school

| You need
to give information that would persuade
people to save water, and give them
practical tips on how they can save
water. To make your leaflet or web page
attractive and eye-catching, cut & paste
pictures from other websites as well
as use your own illustrations.

The best
entries will win prizes of the CD computer
games, 'Where in the world is Carmen
Sandiego' and 'The Amazon Trail' and
you could even see your work displayed
on the next edition of Global Eye Primary!
